Trust-Based Relational Intervention Training: Practical Tools, Tips, and Strategies – Presented by Dr. Tony Iniguez
This session offers practical tools for parents, caregivers, teachers, or anyone who works with children, to see the “whole child” in their care and help that child reach their highest potential. All children benefit from a nurturing, trusting relationship with a safe adults.
Wired & Tired: Supporting Our Own Wellness – Presented by Angel Stoddard
Our modern life is wiring our brains and bodies to be tired and stressed all the time, negatively impacting our ability to be focused, be present, be resilient. In this workshop you will gain a basic understanding of how our brain learns to respond to the environment. You will leave with concrete strategies to re-wire your brain to be more connected and present in your life and avoid feeling wired and tired.
