Co-Parenting Essentials Workshop

Workshop Intent: To help parents and caregivers of Oneida Nation Child Support Agency (ONSCA) navigate co-parenting challenges with effective collaboration strategies.
Workshop Goals & Program Content

- Create and maintain routines to build structure and consistency
- Importance of listening and spending quality time with children to build bonds, trust, and a sense of security/safety
- Handling Disagreements
- How to get through a disagreement and set an example for the children
