Empowered Families: Tools for Mental Health & Resilience – Cultural Proficiency in Action: Supporting Children and Families in Their Identity Journey
Empowered Families: Tools for Mental Health & Resilience is a FREE monthly webinar series hosted by Wisconsin Family Ties, designed to increase family knowledge and confidence in navigating the mental health challenges that children and teens may face. Each session offers practical tools, strategies, and real-world guidance to help families support youth effectively.
Webinars are open to all and grounded in strengths-based approaches that promote resilience, reduce stress, and strengthen partnerships between families, schools, and community providers.
We are thrilled to welcome special guest speaker Dr. KayLa N. Allen-Young, founder of Dear Mixed Girl.
