Live Webinar – Kinship Care Through a Motherhood-Is-Sacred® Lens
What does it mean to embrace caregiving as something sacred? In this powerful webinar, Cheryl Honnie — a mother of four, guardian of four, and member of the Diné (Navajo) Tribe — shares her personal story of raising children from two worlds. As both a mother and an aunt caring for her nieces and nephews, Cheryl navigated the joys and challenges of a blended kinship family while
drawing on the core principles of the Native American Fatherhood and Families Association’s Motherhood Is Sacred® and Fatherhood Is Sacred® programs.
Join us to hear how honoring our roles as caregivers — as something sacred, not incidental — can create peace, healing, and strength for the whole family.
