Come and enjoy the many attractions The Burch Barn Pumpkin Patch offers – get lost in the corn maze\, dig around in the corn pit\, win a derby horse race\, explore the pedal carts\, or slide down the gunny sack slide. \nWe ask that families arrive between 10:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. to check in with WiFCC staff near the entrance and gain entry. The Foundation’s bold and ambitious strategy is to ensure that all 15 crane species are stable or increasing across their ranges. Drawing from five decades of science-based conservation success\, they are scaling up their long-term programs for highly threatened crane species in Africa\, Asia\, and North America\, while continuing to monitor and support species that are less at-risk. \nWhat does the tour include? The education department\, staff and volunteers have extensive experience leading group tours and want to provide you with an educational and enjoyable tour. We will be spending our time together making Christmas stained glass ornaments. \nThis is such a fun family class and Angie the instructor describes it as decorating a sugar cookie\, but you can’t eat it. This class is great for all ages. Anyone under the age of 12 should have an adult assist with their project. \nThere are a lot of different base ideas\, such as a Christmas tree\, mitten\, or snowflake. You will be able to use scrap glass pieces\, frit\, stringers\, and dots to decorate your Christmas ornament. Once you are finished with your beautiful creation\, Suamico Stained Glass will fuse it in their kiln\, and it will be available for pick-up in 10 to 12 business days. SUMMARY:WiFCC Family Movie Night: Angry Birds 3: Rothschild
DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event is required on Eventbrite. (on sale October 12 @6pm) \n\n\n\n\nPlease join WiFCC for Angry Birds 3 in theaters! Adoptive\, foster\, guardianship\, kinship\, and reunified families are welcome to attend. \nWe have the auditorium rented out exclusively for our group. Each attendee will receive a movie ticket\, a 20oz fountain beverage\, and small popcorn. Please plan to arrive between 6:00 pm and 6:15 pm to check in and grab your drinks/snacks before the movie starts at 6:30 pm. \nPlease note that WiFCC will always aim to choose family-friendly films; however\, we have no control over the content or themes presented in the movie being shown at this event. This includes family dynamics and possible depictions of out-of-home care and adoption-related topics. Please take a moment to visit sites such as https://www.commonsensemedia.org/ or http://www.adoptionlcsw.com/ to see if this film falls within the scope of what you wish your child to see. \nDue to the popularity of family events\, please let your local WiFCC specialist know ahead of time if there is any reason you can no longer attend or need fewer tickets than you originally signed up for. If 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows occur within a six-month period\, the household’s event registrations in the following six months will default to a waitlist.
