DESCRIPTION:Registration for this event is required on Eventbrite. (on sale October 1\, 2026 @6pm) \n\n\n\n\nIf you are a foster\, adoptive\, kinship\, guardianship\, reunified\, or pre-adoptive family\, join WiFCC and Jockey Being Family for an evening of connection and holiday fun with Suamico Stained Glass. We will be spending our time together making Christmas stained glass ornaments. \nThis is such a fun family class and Angie the instructor describes it as decorating a sugar cookie\, but you can’t eat it. This class is great for all ages. Anyone under the age of 12 should have an adult assist with their project. \nThere are a lot of different base ideas\, such as a Christmas tree\, mitten\, or snowflake. You will be able to use scrap glass pieces\, frit\, stringers\, and dots to decorate your Christmas ornament. Once you are finished with your beautiful creation\, Suamico Stained Glass will fuse it in their kiln\, and it will be available for pick-up in 10 to 12 business days. You will be contacted via text message when it is done. \nContact Val at vzegers@cclse.org with any questions. \nCancellations for events must be made at least 72 hours in advance. If 3 or more late cancellations or no-shows occur within a six-month period\, the household’s event registrations in the following six months will default to a waitlist. \nThis event is limited to Wisconsin residents impacted by adoption or out-of-home care and their immediate household.
