Adoption Mosaic is a BIPOC woman-owned, adoptee-led consulting practice founded by Astrid Castro that teaches adoption competency, builds family legacy, and creates community for all members of the adoption constellation. Through consultations, webinars, panel discussions, and the We the Experts adoptee-centered series, they provide education and support for adoptees, adoptive parents, birth parents, and adoption professionals with an emphasis on adoptee-centered and ethical adoption practices. (Note: Adoption Mosaic transitioned from a nonprofit to an LLC consulting practice.)
