Journeys is a program of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of La Crosse (CCDL), offering supportive services to individuals and families in Wisconsin impacted by adoption, foster care, or out-of-home care. Journeys manages the Regional contract for the Wisconsin Family Connections Center (WiFCC), coordinating regional support, training, referrals, and connections to resources for kinship, foster, and post-permanency families. CCDL has provided services to historically underserved populations in Wisconsin for more than 100 years.
