Coalition Staff Member Review

Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff . . . and It’s All Small Stuff is a great read, especially for busy families or individuals. A great aspect of this book is that you don’t have to read it in a linear fashion! You can read it in its entirety or focus on chapter titles that pique your interest. Some of the items may even repeat part of other tips, which can help engrain these tips in your mind. I found this book enlightening and even helped me identify things I can do to deal with “small stuff” that I had thought to be big stuff. I recommend this book to individuals going through difficult times and needing a new/different perspective to look at those obstacles we may face during life. Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff . . . and It’s All Small Stuff can be helpful for all foster, adoptive, or relative caregiver families.
